Sesame Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

¼ cup rice wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced thin
¼ cup tahini or peanut butter
Pinch of Tahitian Gold® Vanilla Fleur de Sel or sea salt
1 tsp. Tahitian Gold® Ground Vanilla Beans
¾ cup sesame oil

Directions:

Place all ingredients together in a food processor and process for a few seconds until ingredients are combined; if you do not have a food processor you can place ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand with a whisk.
Toss in salads or on roasted vegetables
